Men's Club Lox Making Event - 2/9/23

Thursday, February 9th at 6 PM

Learn to make Cured Salmon (lox), not the store-bought stuff you're used to. Fresh salmon made with salt, sugar & lemon. Salmon will be cured overnight & Lary will come back to drain it, dry it out and slice it up for Sunday breakfast.

Items below must be pre-ordered with Lary at (401) 524-1356 by Tuesday, February 7th at 2:00 PM:
